Our Story: Food Safety Training and Consulting by Carmen Garza

Choosing a food safety partner for your business isn’t just about checking a box. It’s about finding people you can trust with your reputation, your compliance, and the safety of your staff and customers. At A+ Food Industry Inspections, Inc.—headquartered in Plano, TX—we don’t take that responsibility lightly. Since 2011, we’ve helped restaurants, caterers, food trucks, and companies across Texas and the nation meet—and exceed—the highest food safety standards.

Meet Carmen Garza—Owner, Instructor, Neighbor

Every class and inspection starts with a real person you can rely on: Carmen Garza. As our owner and president, Carmen is more than just a name. She is a working professional and passionate instructor, certified as a Registered Sanitarian Health Inspector and a licensed ServSafe® proctor/instructor. Carmen is approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services to offer official food handler training and is an active member of the Texas Restaurant Association.

Carmen teaches classes in both English and Spanish, translating complex rules into real-world advice any team member can understand. Her classroom style is approachable, down-to-earth, and focused on keeping your business safe and your team engaged.

Clear Training for Every Team—English and Spanish

Food safety is only effective when every employee understands what to do. That’s why we offer all major services, classes, and consulting in both English and Spanish. We make sure no one is left behind, especially in busy kitchens with diverse teams. Whether your staff feels best in Spanish or English—or a mix of both—our flexible approach means everyone gets the same top-notch instruction and support.
