Who needs food handler certification?

How do I get food manager certification?
You can sign up for our in-person ServSafe® Manager class or take the course online and complete a proctored exam.
How long are certifications valid?
In Texas, food handler certification is valid for two years, and food manager certification is valid for five years.
TABC Certification
Is TABC certification required to serve alcohol?
Yes, Texas law requires anyone who sells or serves alcohol to have valid TABC certification.
Can I get TABC certified online?
Absolutely. Our TABC course is 100% online and approved statewide.
